Job overview Provide primary, 1st level customer support and service to all CTHS end users for all hardware and software issues. Supports customers in desktop and telecommunciations troubleshooting, recommends solutions and implements or refers problem resolutions to System Administrators. Uses the ticketing system to log and thoroughly document status of all incoming support requests. Resolves technical issues referred from lower level service technicians.
