Special Assets Officer Wichita, KS Full-time As Equity Bank (Bank) continues to grow and expand within new and existing markets, we are seeking a highly effective, experienced Special Assets Officer. He or She must be able to keep pace with the demands of a rapidly expanding, diversified, multi-billion dollar loan portfolio consisting of several metro and numerous rural community markets across Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas and Oklahoma. Reporting to the Special Assets Manager the Special Assets Officer is responsible for managing a portfolio of classified credits and Other Real Estate Owned (OREO) of Equity Bank (Bank) and its affiliates. Assignments include: CREDIT QUALITY Works with the Lenders and Market Presidents on developing and implementing action plans and strategies on rated credits (Watch, Special Mention & Substandard) needing additional attention. Co-ordinates with the Lenders site inspections and client and attorney meetings.
