This position reports to Director of Nursing, Surgical Services. This position directs the departmental activities and supervision of RNs, technologists and other ancillary personnel. Has responsibility for quality and quantity of work, costs, and methods, maintenance of discipline, transfers, promotions, performance appraisals, salary increases and terminations. Responsible for planning and executing growth strategies in the department.
