Director of Administrative Services - (Pacific Grove, CA)

The Director of Administrative Services creates a harmonious, efficient, effective, and productive office environment for the Administration Department. This position provides support for the administration of the community; support for Human Resources throughout the campus; assists the residents in administrative matters in a caring, professional manner. This position performs and delegates clerical duties and supervises clerical personnel. Assignments include the following and all other duties as assigned by the Executive Director. Responsibilities The Director of Administrative Services organizes the Administration Department operations and procedures such as typing, bookkeeping, filing, and other clerical services.
