Description Afni is hiring a Leadership Development Specialist / Trainer who holds responsibilities for developing multiple levels of leadership throughout the business through development, facilitation and implementation of processes and training. This job requires a high-level of communication expertise and the expertise to partner with leadership throughout the organization. A strong level of personal accountability is required as this position will engage in multiple initiatives and the development of front line supervisors and managers. This position also requires a comprehensive understanding of adult learning principles and operational & coaching best practices to ensure the application of effective training through observation and feedback sessions for leadership.
