Process Engineer, Analytics - (Layton, UT)

The Process Engineer is responsible for analyzing work flows within and across departments to establish best known methods. The Process Engineer will work side-by-side with colleagues to discover inefficiencies in business processes and then determine the best ways to bring our business methods in line with our operational goals. Documents and maintains best known methods for standard business processes. Leads cross-functional teams to identify root cause and implement process improvements. Implements and maintains a visual management system for standard business processes. Provides analysis and answers to colleague questions regarding process improvement and serves as a technical resource. Delivers standard and ad hoc process improvement training to colleagues. Manages complex tasks with minimal supervision, as assigned by VP of Operations. Maintain a familiarity with the functionality of nThrive products, clients and industry.
