Assistant Property Manager - (Toledo, OH)

Position details Millennia Housing Management, Ltd., a successful management company located in the Midwest, is looking for an experienced Assistant Property Manager for 1 of our properties, Covenant House, located in Toledo, OH. This is a full time position. We desire someone that has background in the housing industry with preference given to those with Project Based Section 8, LIHTC, or other subsidies of multi-family low income housing background. The Assistant Manager will also lead the property when the Manager is out of the office. The successful applicant should have a min of two years. background in rent determinations, resident relations, marketing and leasing of apartments, including creation of marketing materials, outreach marketing to community and the expertise to lease the apartments. Strong math skills are required. This person must be a self-starter who is able to work with minimal supervision.
