Property Manager - (Bucyrus, OH)

Job overview Millennia Housing Management, Ltd., an industry leading property management company based in the Midwest, is looking for an experienced Property Manager for our property, Galion East, located in Galion, OH . Preference will be given to those who have background in Project Based Section eight Housing. This is a full time, 40 hours per week, benefits eligible position with an attractive starting salary. Assignments include: · Processing applications and income certifications · Supervising maintenance and other staff members at the property · Providing management with weekly and monthly financial support · Ensuring that all Section eight and HUD regulations are adhered to · Marketing property and increasing traffic · Ensuring that the property’s curb appeal is impeccable · Providing excellent customer service We are looking for a person who has 2-5 yrs of Project Based Section eight Housing and LIHTC background. A COS, TCS or similar industry designation is desired.
