Client Risk & Recovery Manager - (Eugene, OR)

The Client Risk & Recovery Manager (CRRM) is critically important to ensure effective servicing of all regional Collateral Protection Insurance ('CPI') and Lender-Placed ('FOH') clients along with effective case management on those 2 products and Guaranteed Asset Protection ('GAP'). This focus is accomplished through the use of strong product subject-matter-ability, client team roles and responsibilities, and relationship development skills (e.g. internal and external relationship development, subject-matter development of team members, conflict-resolution, etc.) Job requirements and Responsibility: Ownership and coordination of effective servicing of regional CPI and Lender-Placed (FOH) cases including Coordinating the client-facing action of internal Allied departments and relevant Field staff (LSPD, Risk & Financial Management, Sales Rep and/or Client Development Manager/'CDM', CPI Sales Specialist, etc.) Ensuring effective preparation and pricing of prospect cases in collaboration with Sales Rep
