Telecom Install and Service Specialist - (Springfield, MO)

A Telecom Install and Service Specialist designs voice communication systems, determines Datacom mode of transport, oversees installation of these systems and services, and provides maintenance and service after installation. They administer adds, moves, and changes of phone systems and servers. They manage telco vendors and coordinate work with equipment vendors. They coordinate with the network team on issues related to or affecting the WAN environment. Essential Job Functions* Coordinate and monitor all orders for new stores/store moves, store remodels, store renovations, and acquisition installations.* Design and program new systems as requested by director.* Determine and install Datacom mode of transport.
