Mobile Business Analyst - (Stamford, CT)

SUMMARY The Senior Business Analyst serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization andor vendors in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs. Possesses ability in the business unit(s) supported, understanding of the IT organization's systems and capabilities, and impacts to overall customer background. Educates the IT organization on the direction of the business. Provides complex analysis services, translating user needs into detailed functional specifications to allow Info Technology Department to deliver an appropriate solution. Oversees multiple projects simultaneously with support from other Business Analysts on the team. Possesses strong working expertise of product development, software and customer life cycle. Works independently with minimal supervision. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer background.
