VYCOM PVC Shift Supervisor - (Scranton, PA)

The Shift Supervisor, under the direction of the Plant Manager, will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations and personnel on their assigned shift. In addition, this position is responsible for achieving defined operational performance metrics (SUR) and in supervising the department’s hourly personnel, administers policies and procedures, and manages personnel management initiatives.
