Customer Care Associate- Airport - (Miami, FL)

Job details Provide our Customers a personalized service in a timely and efficient manner from the initial onset of the Customer issue to the solution while having full ownership of the situation. Treat our customers courteously and professionally following the guidelines provided in our Customer Care Script. Be a good listener. Be capable to take the time to identify the customer needs by asking the right questions to achieve the best solution based on our procedures manual. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: General Requirements • Provide the necessary support to the Sales Associates and Store Leaders in relation to solutions to Customer issues. Provide a contact number for work related issues within the Company. • Make sure that all phone calls and e-mails are being answered in a timely manner. • Provide support and take immediate action and follow up with customer service issues coming by phone, e-mail or in person.
