Finance Coordinator needs 3-five years Customer Portfolio Management/Cash Collections Background Finance Coordinator requires: four year Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics Associates Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent combination of education and background Intermediate Proficiency in Microsoft office suite; specifically Microsoft excel cash collections Finance Coordinator duties: Serve as primary owner for any accounts receivable related customer issues Identify root cause and reduce aged balances (?30 & ?60) Initiate customer contact to manage collection process, including resolution of rebills Engage with customer to understand accounting, purchasing, and delivery processes and procedures Ensure accurate customer details at all times; (i.e. hierarchy, store #, vendor #, statement, etc.)
