Assistant Cook - (West Liberty, IA)

Position details Job Reference Code: 006510-West Liberty Assistant Cook is responsible for cleaning ovens, unloading ovens, and filling in as a back up to the Cooks. Key responsibilities Clean smoke house in cook room. Learn cook room procedures to serve as a back up to the cooks. Unload ovens. Complete documentation as required for position. Operate a powered industrial truck. Other duties as assigned. Position qualifications Previous background working in production/manufacturing environment is preferred. Previous background working in an operator or leadership role is preferred. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to become certified to drive a powered industrial truck. Must have great attention to detail. Must be able to work in a quick paced environment. Must be able to work in extreme heat for a prolonged period of time.
