TO APPLY: Email resume to XXXX@randstadusa.com Job details : - Providing policy-specific details and requests regarding claims and processing transactions - Provide service and info to customers regarding products - Support campaigns to increase revenue, generate sales and conserve existing assets. - Research and respond to requests and discuss options regarding various aspects of the policy - Process transactions, fund transfers, and refer requests for other policy modifications Necessary experience : --Consistent work history of one or more years per job, preferably in the insurance industry --Previous Call Center background wanted --Strong management expertise --Strong expertise to multi-task --Demonstrated expertise to manage stress --High-school diploma or equivalent required Shift Required : M-F/8 hour shift between the hours of 8am-9pm, must be flexible between those hours.
