Creates and manages relationships with prospects and clients that result in a continuous flow of new business which aligns with established business development goals. Successfully attains performance targets including new business and client retention levels which drive agency growth in assigned product lines. Works within, but not limited to, a defined market territory. Must make positive 1st impressions, naturally create relationships, and demonstrate a proven work history of closing new business and exceeding sales targets.
