Quality Control Sequencing Technician (Part-Time) - (Fargo, ND)

We are seeking qualified Quality Control (QC) Sequencing Technicians to join our team and work part time within our labs performing plasmid DNA sequencing. As a QC Sequencing Technician, you have a passion for science and have exemplary communication and management skills. You are a team member, professional, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. About the Role: As a QC Sequencing Technician, you will work within Aldevron's labs performing plasmid DNA sequencing. You will also help to keep the general lab clean, and assist the other QC Sequencing staff as needed. About You: Able to apply basic math (arithmetic, ratios, proportions and conversions) Excellent communicator Organized Background using a computer and Microsoft office suite Able to follow methodology, written procedures, and directions Strong work ethic and a team member Education: High-school certificate required, Associate Degree or higher a plus Knowledge in Genetics, Biology, Chemistry
