Lead Desktop Engineer - (New York, NY)
We are looking for a Lead Desktop Engineer to join our Client Site Services team in our NYC office. This role will be responsible for working tickets assigned from our ITSM tool (Incidents & Service Requests). installing, relocating, maintaining, and supporting end user computing hardware and software such as monitors printers, VOIP phones, and software such as PC, mobility devices, printers, telephones, and productivity tools such as Ms office. Also, you will lead a small team and participate in project activities as assigned. Main areas of responsibility: Monitor and manage tickets assigned Build and Install PC's and related hardware Troubleshoot and resolve end user hardware & software problems Provide support to clients on software and hardware platforms Interface with vendors for service of PCs and related hardware Escalate complex issues as defined in operating procedures Provides analysis related to the design, development, and implementation of PC products Requirements
