IT Asset Management Associate Tracking Code 2040-732 Job details As part of the IT Asset Management team this position will be responsible for the day-to-day operational activities associated with hardware and software while ensuring that a complete and accurate inventory of IT hardware and software is maintained. Required skills * Assists with maintaining the Hardware Asset and Software license key repositories by working various Service Desk ticket types according to company policy, processes and procedures. * Record changes in various repositories as hardware and software assets are deployed, returned for reuse, or retired. * Physically transfer equipment to the Endpoint Support Technicians for installation. * Electronically transfer license key and installation info to Service Desk or End Point Technicians for installation. * Physically return equipment to inventory when received. * Electronically reclaim software license key info by ITAM processes when notified.
