Position summary Residential Field Tech – (Complete benefits and fitness facility) Sarasota County Property Appraiser Are you ambitious with a strong commitment to community? Looking for new energy in yourself and in an agency? We have the challenge you’re looking for. An entry level full time position that involves gathering data for use in appraisal analysis and preparation to determine values for tax roll and VAB. Duties include but are not limited to: Inspecting property, reviewing and verification of permits, measuring/sketching residential properties, and communicating with taxpayers, as needed. Knowledge & skills: · Knowledge of construction materials · Must be computer literate in use of Excel and Microsoft word · Working expertise of geometry · Job mandates: superior written and verbal skills, creative analytical abilities
