Service Technician - (Gastonia, NC)

Staff Management is searching for a Service Technician for our client in the Southeast region. This is a direct hire position with comprehensive benefits. You will use your ability to ensure accurate assembly and commissions of equipment at the end users facility. We are looking for an experienced self-starter with strong electrical and mechanical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer service. This position necessitates full travel between sites to install and service balers. What Youll Do: Install and commission balers at end users facility. Service, maintain, and conduct safety inspections in accordance with OSHA standards. Performs testing of manufactured parts or products to certify quality and adherence to specifications. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments Communicate with customers on the phone for service requests. Inspects and analyzes test models or new parts Records results of all testing procedures.
