The key background includes having strong background with Linux, extensive middleware background and ability troubleshooting open source applications. Must have an application support background including working expertise of middleware and be able to triage down through the application stack (web, middle, app, database). Perfect candidate will have advanced knowledge of the Linux operating system (including command line ability), ESB, and ActiveMQ/messaging platforms background. Any knowledge of Java containers, caching tools, VMware, Oracle troubleshooting or load balancing between network devices are all HUGELY helpful.
