Temporary Security Guard - (Chapel Hill, NC)

# Position Info## Description of WorkThe Security Division is seeking to hire individuals with sound communication expertise to perform security related duties at UNC facilities. Job necessitates a North Carolina Drivers License and good driving records. We are currently accepting applications for individuals with availability any time, 7 days a week. These positions should average between 20-30 hours per week.These are temporary contract positions with no benefits. These positions could last up to 1 year. Uniforms are furnished, but you must provide solid black shoes and belt. Since these are uniformed positions, you must adhere to departmental grooming standards.The officer will conduct routine patrols on foot or by assigned vehicle (golf cart) Security Officers will work individually and independently in generally unsupervised positions. The officer will lock and unlock doors as necessary.
