Front Desk Manager - (Draper, UT)

The Homewood Suites by Hilton Salt Lake City Draper is searching for a Front Desk Manager to direct and supervise the operational activities of the Front Desk, lobby and breakfast area by providing all guests with quality service throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. The Homewood Suites is centrally located between Salt Lake City and Provo, offering a stunning view of the Rocky Mountains’ Wasatch Range. It is within close proximity of 5 major ski resorts, and offers easy access to Salt Lake Airport and attractions like Loveland Living Planet Aquarium, Rio Tinto Stadium, Hale Centre Theatre, Timpanogos Cave and Cowabunga Bay Waterpark. Critical responsibilities and Duties: Ensure all guests receive a warm and friendly, efficient check-in and check-out background. Provide guests with room and hotel info, directions, amenities, and local interests. Conduct routine inspections of the front desk and public areas to reflect a welcoming environment for our guests.
