Deliver quarterly Home indications in an accurate and timely manner Continuously challenge and advance ratemaking methodology Successfully influence and support State/CW Product Management, State Pricing and Analytics Team, external partners (i.e. AARP) and state departments of insurance on the appropriateness of rating inputs and methodology Enhance the ratemaking/indications process through the creation of new tools, efficiency gains and improvement to data quality Manage a team of 2 Requirements ACAS/FCAS with 5-seven years of P&C background wanted Exceptionally strong issue solving abilities Background innovating actuarial processes and methodology Outstanding written/oral communication expertise Strong organizational, planning, and time management expertise Personal Lines business knowledge a plus Background with R Studio and statistical modeling techniques a plus
