Contribute to a comprehensive and well-organized process to understand state-level profitability relative to target Highlight states that pose high risk to longterm profitability and growth and support communication of plans to address Collaborate with State Solutions to consistently evaluate state results and develop action plans to reach target returns Develop multi-line evaluative tools to quantify and diagnose state issues Understand and track state-specific drivers and initiatives using consistent inputs and assumptions Consult with DSOs on state-level profitability issues and leverage best practices seen across markets Requirements Bachelors degree in business, economics, or other quantitative field. Min 4 yrs, typically 6 yrs or more of relevant work background. Proficient in Ms excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis software (e.g., SAS, Access). Must have good planning, organizational, analytical, decision making and communication abilities. Background managing projects preferred.
