System Support Consultant - (Camp Hill, PA)

This job provides technology consultation in support of the enterprise wide understanding, education, and use of the technology. The incumbent is required to engage senior leaders of the organization to discuss initiatives, solicit feedback, and ensure organizational understanding of the technology. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Answer technical queries and provide support to project teams and end users for most complex issues. Mentor and train end users in the use of the technology. Provide continuous monitoring of the technology to proactively identify and resolve issues. Assure compliance to required corporate standards, procedures, guidelines and processes, including audits. Develop the best practices for the technology. Identify, coordinate, and update key stakeholders for the technology. Engage senior leadership for new implementations to solicit feedback and foster conceptual understanding.
