Alliance Scientific Solutions has partnered up with an east side manufacturer who is looking to hire their next Shipping Supervisor. Overview: Assist in the scheduling of the supply of materials/components using MRP to meet engineering and production needs. Required responsibilities Ensure/assist in compliance to environmental, training, safety, transportation and all other regulations that the company must abide by while performing the following duties: Assure proper entry in SAP of order data. Execute SAP process orders for required inventory. Enter data for quantities of parts issued and transferred between locations, inventory and cycle count adjustments, into computer database. Coordinate, monitor and maintain daily follow up to ensure receipt and shipment of scheduled orders Execute SAP goods receipts. Tactical responsibilities for all raw materials, indirects, MRO and packaging using SAP Enterprise System as backup to MRP Planner.
