Alliance Scientific Solutions has been retained to help their client, a regional food manufacturer, find their next third Shift Senior Maintenance Technician at their facility located near Fredericksburg, PA. WHAT'S IN IT FOR ME??? - Direct Hire Opportunity - Compensation range of $60,000- $75,000/ year based on related experience - Yearly Raises - Benefits - Vacation - Superior company Culture - Growing company, has expanded into new facilities - Room for Growth THINGS I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE third SHIFT SENIOR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN ROLE? - Most Likely six day work weeks when weekend work is involved - Usually needs to work 2 weekends a month (either sat or a sun not both) - Needs to be available if a supervisor is on vacation - Shift time is 11pm-7am - The third Shift Maintenance Technician will work their shift along side a Maintenance Supervisor and a Junior Maintenance Technician WHAT RESPONSIBILITIES WILL I HAVE AS A third SHIFT SENIOR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN???
