Customer Service Rep - (Frederick, MD)

If you enjoy being part of a team and thrive on meeting customer's needs in a call center environment, this is the job for you. This position is responsible for providing prompt, courteous responses to customers of the Frederick News-Post and other publications we deliver. CSRs respond to questions via phone, email or in person. This position may include weekends and holidays. A high-school certificate or GED is required. Effective communication abilities and the expertise to work well with others are required, as is general knowledge of math and the expertise to use a calculator to calculate payments.
