Customer Care Specialist 1 - (Columbus, OH)

Responsible for the daily coordination of warranty claims and part sales activities within the Customer Care department. Duties include answering incoming calls from customers to initiate warranty claims, provide claim status updates, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate part order sales; order entry and tracking of parts sales within our order management system; scheduling of service agents for warranty and repair service calls; follow up, tracking, and communication of warranty issues and status with internal and external clients; collaboration with the manufacturing and engineering departments on warranty issues and resolution; and process and submittal of service call invoices. Other duties may be required as assigned.
