Required responsibilities Assignments include and are not limited to the following Provide HRCompany and HRM support to the following MSO organizations LTTD (Lynn Turbofan / Turbojet Projects) TSTP (Turboshaft / Turboprop Projects) Manufacturing Programs Digital and Growth & Strategy Operations Partner with the business, site, commercial and functional HR teams to engage, support and execute strategic HR plans and initiatives Provide HR leadership and counsel to multiple managers and employees with a focus on diversity & inclusion talent assessment employee coaching and development succession planning culture, advocacy and engagement employee relations Provide advice and coaching to managers and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures and practices Act as an organizational & simplification champion who builds organizational capabilities
