Sr HR Business Partner - (Davidson, NC)

As HR Business Partner for the commercial organization, it is your role to work as an effective business partner to your business leaders providing advice, guidance, training, legal counsel, keeping them compliant and educated in people related activities. The role works primarily with our commercial leader for North America (approx 850 people and $1B in revenue) and several of his direct reports. Will consider applicants outside of Davidson, NC depending on proximity to Ingersoll Rand locations. Davidson, NC is the preferred location. Position duties: Function as key HR strategic business partner to develop and execute critical business and organizational strategies and build organizational capability Be a credible coach and trusted business partner to leaders, as well as a strong employee advocate Provide leadership, guidance and counsel on matters related to talent, organizational development and change, human capital, employee engagement etc.
