Executive Director, Human Resources - (Bethlehem, PA)
Primary Function: Provides strategic human resources leadership in areas including, but not limited to, employee relations, talent management, recruitment, labor relations, benefits, learning/development, organizational design, and compensation. Consults with and advises employees at all levels of the institution on sensitive and confidential matters. Manages the day to day operations of the Human Resources Office. Responsibilities: (1) In alignment with the College's strategic imperatives, plans and implements all phases of human resources activity in areas including, but not limited to, employee relations, talent management, recruitment, labor relations, benefits, learning/development, and compensation; (2) Works with senior leadership to develop, implement, and assess strategic human resources plans and programs in areas including, but not limited to, succession planning, employee retention, organizational design
