Principal Product Developer - Bakery - (Plymouth, MN)

The Principal Product Developer - Bakery has overall accountability for delivering against oils and shortenings innovation goals for Global Edible Oil Solutions (GEOS) focused on the global bakery category. The Principal Product Developer - Bakery provides the technical thought leadership for ideation and identifies and implements the technical solutions against the innovation strategy. Assignments include development & execution of all aspects of the technical plan to achieve new product growth objectives. Other assignments include coordination with Intellectual Asset Management Team to develop and execute against the intellectual property strategy. Role also is responsible for maintaining strategic technical partnerships, including external technology providers, and internal global technology partnerships such as IMN (Ingredient, Materials and Nutrition), technology vendors and industry groups. The position includes customer interaction responsibilities.
