IT Site Leader - (Tyler, TX)

The purpose of the role is to maintain overall responsibility for the IT performance within the manufacturing plants and/or warehouses in Tyler, Texas. This role is staff-member position sitting on the site leadership team, and works as a liaison between our key business partners / stakeholders and multiple IT service delivery teams to manage and continuously improve the overall service delivery. This role is key in maintaining the alignment between operations (LEAN Manufacturing) processes and the supporting IT functions. To accomplish this, the role includes project management / oversight and business partnership responsibilities as required. This role adds value to the organization by creating strategic direction and implementation of key IT solutions that align with business strategy to grow revenue, increase OI, and improve productivity for the site(s).
