Areas include Commercial litigation, Collection practice, Business law, Family law and Personal Injury. Applicant must possess the expertise to operate independently and manage a high volume of workflow. The job necessitates knowledge of Court Rules, good written and spoken communication expertise and E-Court background. Abacus Law and billing background a plus, but not necessary.
