Contracts Attorney - (North Canton, OH)

The Contracts Attorney will actively participate in the contract process for company contracts across North America, including preparing related documentation, meeting directly with business partners or other functional areas to finalize transactions in accordance with internal requirements. The role requires assessing the legal, technical, operational and other commercial risks associated with deals, and preparing the necessary transactional documentation to support the company. Critical functions include: Review, draft and negotiate contracts relating to the company’s business and commercial relationships, such as master services agreements, statements of work, distribution agreements, lease and sublease agreements, manufacturing and supply agreements, marketing agreements, consulting agreements, and the like; analyze and provide advice with respect to interpretation of existing agreements or arrangements. Participate in customer negotiation sessions, telephonically or in-person.
