Final Filing Date: 02-08-2019 Reporting to the Director-Residential Education/Office of Student Development, the Associate Director - Residential Education manages a complex multi-function 7500 bed residential program for 1st-year students, transfer students, continuing students, graduate students and students with families. This position is responsible for strategic planning, leadership, oversight day-to-day operations and managing professional and student staff. Major assignments include the following: management, supervision, program development, administration, training and assessment. This is a critical position that also assesses the best practices and the overall program offered to students in Student Housing and serves in an on-call capacity for student crises and risk management.
