The principal role of the Client Relationship Manager, Business & Retirement Services is to facilitate interactions with Business Owners, Employers, Plan Administrators and Participants, partnering to sell and support for overall Retirement package Administration. Specifically, sell ACI business retirement package solutions, promote education and employee enrollment, and services available through extensive telephone contact, webinars, written communicationor on-site (requiring national travel). Attend business related events and promote ACI small business solutions.
