As a Retail Store Manager for Cascade Wireless you will be the face of US Cellular and Cascade Wireless in the community you serve. You will earn a base salary, medical benefits, paid time off, and the opportunity to earn significant commission revenue based of the success of your location. Your responsibilities include all aspects of management and operation of your location. Assignments include, but are not limited tooStaff leadership (hiring, training, coaching, and scheduling), community involvement, inventory control, cash handling, store appearance and merchandising. Your primarily responsibility is providing an exceptional customer background for the internal and external customer. We use a consultative friendly approach to selling the full line of US Cellular products and services to our customers.
