**Job ID:** R-22558 Job overview: This position reports to the Inventory Manager III and is responsible for the Warehouse Operations at the Atlanta Syrup Plant. This position is responsible for managing and coaching Warehouse Business Unit Teams including Shipping, Receiving, Materials, and Inventory. **Function Specific Activities:** **Function Specific Activities** + Provide direct reports with leadership, direction, and coaching to achieve work objectives and improve performance and skills. + Provide development to others to support their expertise to complete their work responsibilities effectively. + Prepare (e.g., inspect, verify condition) all equipment used in the manufacturing process prior to use in order to ensure smooth, sanitary and safe operation. + Maintain product, packaging and material inventory/availability using demand forecasts, historical orders and software tools in order to support the operations plans and customer demand of the plant.
