SKILLS/EDUCATION/ REQUIREMENTS: one plus year background in merchandising or retail sales. one plus years in supervisory background. Excellent oral and written correspondence abilities. Efficient in Microsoft office suite Products Required to drive to sites (customers stores) in Southern and North Eastern AZ and meet with merchandisers AUTO: Personal vehicle in good working order. Current and active car insurance. A current driver's license. Auto and gas allowance to be consistent to the current Division Expense Schedules. RESPONSIBILITIES: Schedule and assist in new store sets and assign resets. Proper use of category, product management and merchandising techniqueTraining of personnel. Responsible for the productivity and control of overtime of merchandisers.
