ADAS Functions Algorithm Developer - (Auburn Hills, MI)

Position description At Continental, the ADAS Engineering Systems team is responsible for developing technology for the next generation of vehicles that will enable us to have a safe, clean and comfortable driving environment. We are looking for an experienced Algorithm Engineer to assist with developing the next generation of ADAS technologies. The Algorithm Engineer will develop ADAS Functions algorithms as a part of an international development team for Continental's ADAS products to go into series production in the next few years. Core Responsibilities: Design, develop and validate new Function algorithm features such as: Lane Centering Adaptive Cruise Control Traffic Jam Assist Blind Spot Detection Lane Change Assist Rear Cross Traffic Alert Trailer Merge Assist Occupant Safe Exit Automatic Emergency Braking Automated Parking Plan feature maturity and implementation throughout the project Manage requirements of features to be developed Manage requirements of existing features for new customer requests
