Position overview Major responsibilities : Participate in the development and validation of analytical methods to measure strength, potency, and identity of antigens in active ingredients and serials in both monovalent and combination vaccines (Mainly Infectious Titer) · Be involved in the development and execution of analytical assays to test in-process samples for supporting process development and process understanding. · Be involved in the development and transfer reference standards, critical reagents and assay controls to QC. · Perform testing to support vaccine product development. · Write procedures, protocols, technical reports, assay validation reports, stability protocols and reports etc. · Be responsible for accurate, fully understandable, and complete record keeping of research and development work for meeting bioanalytical project goals. · Follow and assure laboratory work is performed under GxP or other applicable guidelines.
