Requirements of the Corizon Health Licensed Mental Health Professional Licensed in state of employment as either a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) is required. Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) or Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) may be accepted. At least two years of experience in providing social work services in an inpatient psychiatric facility.
