Job details Summary: The Quality Manager is responsible for overall development, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s Quality Assurance programs. Manages and directs the Quality Assurance department ensuring technicians are performing inspection of finished products, completing all necessary documentation and properly maintaining their equipment while performing their duties. Duties and Assignments include the following. Manages the final quality inspection of finished products in accordance with established procedures. Manages, investigates, and documents all instances of rejected product or raw material problems in daily production report. Reviews inspects incoming raw materials as materials are received. Manages the process by which the appropriate details is documented for quality inspection reports for each order. Resolves customer complaints or problems in regard to rejected or non-conforming product. Reports any unusual discrepancies or problems promptly to Plant Manager/GM.
