Manufacturing Engineer Automotive - (Pinconning, MI)

Manufacturing Engineer MUST have: 5-seven years background as a manufacturing engineer in automotive " metal fabrication/machining. Background with tooling/tool room operations. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelors Degree in a Scientific or Engineering Background: Five to 8 years of related experience in the automotive industry. RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform senior engineering work and coordinates a variety of engineering duties. Independently perform the planning and design of production tools/machines, improving manufacturing methods, developing solutions to production problems relating to materials, processes or tooling; supports new programs by developing new processes, designing tooling or machinery and developing production controls to maintain cost effectiveness.
