POSITION OVERVIEW Under the general guidance of the Security Manager, assist in providing security for patents, employees, visitors and physicians; protects hospital buildings, assets and premise as assigned. Adheres to applicable state laws, follows Hendrick Medical Center’s Policy & Security written job guides approved by the department of Security. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Min Education High-school or equivalent Min Work Background 2 yrs relevant background The min age for Security Officer is 21yrs of age by date of appointment. Required Licenses/Certifications Obtain and maintain a Level III Commissioned Security Officers state license from the Private Security Bureau (PSB) within eight weeks of employment.
